        Debbie is amazing. She is one of the best customer service agents I have ever experienced in my many years of dealing with people. She is polite, efficient and friendly and has empathy which is very hard to find these days. Thank you sincerely Debbie.

        LESS THAN 1 star. Too many delays in any emergency & medication and there are a lot of communication gaps between doctor and patient services. So, I don't recommend any service from the Worker's doctor.

        To avoid at all costs !!!!! I should have read the reviews before seeing their doctors. First of all, Doctor Lim doesnt even read your medical files and make some assumptions and try to the least possible tasks : he even said to me that I was giving to much work when I requested a treatment. In addition to that hes very rude, doesnt let you talk and doesnt even listen to you. I did decided to stop seeing him when I felt like my workers compensation was botched and they were doing the minimum.
