Their practice in congruent with their level of expertise, their passion for helping women and their holistic approach to their treatments. I am passionate about their pilates lessons. I leave buzzing and truly feel the difference in my body. I have known Dora for many years as a chiro and Pilates instructor and she is helping me work on injuries I have had for years, including childbirth. Her experience and expertise is unmatched. I leave my lessons with her, feeling muscles I didn't know I had. You could not ask for a better professional and lovely presence. I highly highly recommend them!

    I started seeing Dora for chiropractic care and clinical pilates about 8 years ago. Initially clinical pilates was for rehabilitation after a shoulder injury but over the years it has helped me maintain a good level of physical fitness. I've noticed improvements in my posture, flexibility, muscle strength, control, balance, core and pelvic floor strengthening. During my last 2 pregnancies I was doing clinical pilates twice a week up until giving birth which helped to strengthen my deep abdominals, pelvic floor and gluteal muscles. It helped to minimise my pain and discomfort and helped my body cope with carrying the extra weight of my growing baby, as well as preparing me for childbirth and recovery afterwards. I highly recommend clinical pilates for all pregnant woman!
