        kitchen is adequately staffed but felt the front of house was understaffed during rush hour star of the show is their handmade noodles - enjoyed the xibo beef noodsbiang biang vibes but more herby the pan fried buns tasted less like shanghainese buns and more like mini versions of a big pork bun lol sweet and sour pork was ok, they use mostly lean meat and were a bit stingy with the sauce as a noodle place they do great noodles, as for the other items, not so much 5 stars as a Chinese noodle restaurant
