The staff were fantastic at setting up our grandsons account. Would recommend them anyday if you want to set up an account.

Very worst service. My mum went to open join account and they ask so many question about why would you like to open join account in this bank and how you can trust this bank, you have another bank? And the tailor want to have a look bank statement another bank that we have. And also they ask my mum about the appointment? Seriously do we have to make a booking? I go another bank to open account never ever make appointment just go and tell, that it. And so rude service no respect. They want customer treat them good but they don't. I will recommend don't go this brunch. Service very worst and disgusting. One thing They told us they have appointment at2.30 and they want us come back at3pm. When we back no customer that they told us. I don't want to say they lie but I can see. That ridiculous. Anyway very worst experience.

Worst experience ever. They wont allow you to close your credit card online or over the phone. I had to jump through hoops to obtain a closure letter from The branch itself. Be warned, this bank has zero interest in its customers.

Customer service nil, worse than a PLAY BANK run by kids. INCOMPETENT Ordered money 1 week in advance no contingency plan, if the computer system fails. 1 star otherwise can't write a review
