Parlour X

Absolutely 5 stars for Loulou and the Friday girls who welcomed us so warmly into the Parlour X store (this being myself and my husband - and my 3 young children who we had with us at the time). I had my eye on a beautiful YSL clutch bag for months for our anniversary gift, and I am so glad that we decided to purchase it from Parlour X, rather than the flagship store. They were so patient, helpful, attentive and courteous with us. We will no doubt be back to Parlour X in the near future with our next special occasion gift. Thank you.

Didn't get a chance to enter the store and make my purchase, was told to wait for a long time as they were "at capacity" - there were 2 customers in the store. I made my purchase at another boutique.

Cant fault Parlour X and my experience! Ordered at 12:30pm and by 1:30pm it was shipped off and I received my package the next day in QLD!

Went in to buy Lou Lou flap bag, the staff were nice enough, however I felt quite uncomfortable inside as I could overhear from their upstairs section, who I imagine is the manager or boss, yelling at a worker and making them cry. I couldnt believe it, I think she was getting angry about fingerprints on glass, it seems ridiculous and it was downright disgusting behaviour. The poor workers. I had to leave and buy my bag from the YSL Westfield store instead. Shame. This is not the behaviour I would tolerate being witness to anywhere let alone in a professional workplace. Honestly I believe this boss needs to have a look at how they are treating people. I have made sure all my friends know about this behaviour!!
