        A very very disappointing visit to your Orange store today. Received a catalogue and wrote a list of needs. Attended the shop this morning as catalogue states sale starting today. Walked around the shop 3 times looking for my needs and nothing. So eventually asked a team member where I could locate the goods. He had no hesitation in informing me that the catalogue goods I was seeking were on pallets in the store room and would come out eventually as it was only day one of the catalogue. Not good enough. I've tried to be polite here but not happy.
