We bought a brand new MG ZS from the team and the sales staff were brilliant. Very easy to do business and not pushy on any vehicles or aftermarket products. Nathan and sales team were great for service. The car arrived two weeks earlier than anticipated. Sales team gets 5 stars but overall the review gets bumped down to 2 stars because, however, the pre sale / detailers need a lesson in basic pre sales. The new paint has swirl marks all over it - car came with free scratches and the interior / piano gloss trims around the touchscreen and gear selector must have been wiped with sand paper and looks terrible in direct light. Very disappointing that all the service was so good until somebody decided to clean the cars body with a dirty sponge and then wiped the delicate gloss interior trims with sand paper on a $24000 family investment. (It wasn't noticed on the day of pick up due to shade that conveniently hid the scuff marks) Free wear and tear on new vehicles. Not happy. The touch screen and glossy black surrounds/trims really bothers me and my partner everytime we get in our new family wagon and have to look at it for the next few years as we will be reminded of accidental incompetence for preparing an expensive investment. It's not acceptable and can not be repaired. I have a five year old work ute with less wear on the glossy plastics and trims. It's a shame that such a small trivial error is in our line of sight everytime we drive the car. Nobody would notice a scar on your big toe, but everyone notices a scar on your face. Pre sale / detailers need some training to avoid "Free wear and tear" on a NEW vehicle.
