        The Barrel Restaurant is not to be missed when in Orange. Chef Matt has put out a wonderful diverse menu to satisfy everyone. We cleaned our plates with the amazing Salmon on Asian greens in broth and the fillet steak was cooked exactly to our request. The sides were also cooked to perfection. We enjoyed Matts cooking and the very friendly obliging staff so much we went again the next night. Different dishes again to the same delicious high standard.
