Nat is an exceptional teacher who operates on an international level as one of the best. Her classes are so intelligent designed and considered. She has a beautiful voice and such deep knowledge of the body. Seriously good music choice helps too!

Beautiful boutique pilates studio owned and operated by Natalie. Nats extensive pilates training and experience shows in every class she teaches. Ive had the pleasure of being her client for over 5 years and no other class quite compares to a Croft Pilates class. Its always strong, fun and a good challenge with great music and positive energy. Nat is an absolute pro and if you have any injury, concern, limitation- you are welcome in Nats class and shell make sure you safe and looked after. The best of the best, cannot recommend highly enough.

Nat comes second to none. I have been doing Pilates with Nat for over 2 years, I have found a sport, fitness and hobby I really enjoy. Nat helped me get to my own personal goals where I never thought possible. I feel so much better in every way when I do Croft Pilates. I can not thank you enough. X
