Would give negative starts if I could. Ive been in the hospital 4 days with an extremely sick child and needed an antibiotics compounded. I spoke with Francis and she was extremely rude over the phone and would not provide me with the medication. So now Im stuck with a well child that needs medication and no one will help me.

Ive been put on a medication by my GP for a sensitive condition indefinitely, because Ive been very unwell. This is a medication which is available to buy OTC, as well as on script. Ive been using it as directed by my GP, but when I went in today, one of the pharmacists questioned the length of time Ive been on it, as well as the dose. She began to go into every detail of my condition in a condescending manner, saying that she doesnt believe that it would help at all because of the duration Ive been on it. This entire conversation was in front of a massive line of customers, waiting for scripts, vaccinations, etc, and I was extremely embarrassed because I knew they could hear. My medical condition is not something Im proud of, and Im definitely not comfortable with its details being announced in front of strangers.
