J'adore Summer Nails Orange

Recently got a shellac pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. The next day the pain started to chip and peel. 4 days after that and most of the paint had peeled off of all of my nails. I paid DECENT money and they didn't even last 24 hours! The overall shape and quality of my nails were great, but I'm 90% sure they didn't use shellac but still charged me for it. Extremely disappointed!

So travelling through Orange and called to check availability and price of full set of acrylics and a pedi with shellac for myself and my daughter. Advised on phone $70 for acrylics and $60 for pedi which is on the expensive side in my opinion. I got french and my daughter also wanted french but was advised by the tech, it wouldn't suit her and to trust him. So she ended up with a very pale pink that looked like just a clear pink. I wanted a natural looking french with matching toes - no not really matching.When we went to pay mine was $30 extra, so $160 - extra $10 for nails and pedi for french and extra $10 for removing my original gel. My daughter was also charged an extra $10 for long nail length, about 2mm longer than mine. So $160 for me and $140 for my daughter. When questioned about the price difference, I was told they didn't have time to tell everyone about the extra charges. They had 4 workers sitting there doing nothing when we arrived, so not busy at all. A disgraceful rip-off, no communication and a lot of wasted product on my nails also. I would not recommend at all. REPLY - I gave you 1 star as that is what you deserved. I literally think it would have taken a few minutes to explain the extra charges. I also forgot to mention that my nails were sore last night due to the dodgy way that you removed my existing gel polish. Services: Acrylic nails, Nail painting, Pedicure
