Colour City Medical Practice

My experience with my regular Dr at this practice is fantastic. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I understand people are busy but when you get a lecture about being on time as that's what this Dr expects plus a call and text to reconfirm it is a bit much that after an hour you're still waiting with no update from the staff. They would have been aware that this particular Dr was experiencing lengthy delays and could have easily advised this when I was checking in for my appointment and let me make a decision then as to whether to wait or rebook.

Honestly I cannot fault this medical centre, I have been to a few local places since moving here searching for the right place and Dr. They care, they will get you in if youre really not well. Yes you might be on hold for sometime to get an appointment but they are busy for a reason. Both the Drs & medical reception genuinely care.

Waiting on hold for an appointment is ridiculously long wait times. Used to be a great place to go for service. I still love my Dr but can never get thru and hard to get an appt. Not happy because I have been seeing the same dr for a chronic illness for years and now I cant even get thru to reception.
