Nurse Eleanor, what can I say!? Amazing! Right from the get-go, she has been so welcoming and accommodating - every time I visit. Being very new to injectables at the beginning, I was extremely nervous and a little (very) anxious but she helped calm my nerves, explained exactly what is involved and talked me through every step along the way. She is always open to any questions or queries I have, without any judgment. She is genuine, honest and caring. Oh, and totally freaking awesome at what she does! Results speak for themselves! I have gained so much confidence since seeing El and I always leave feeling my best self. I cant thank her enough for that Ps: Nurse Eleanors aftercare balm (that she makes herself - I know, legend right) is the absolute bees knees!
