Dudley Private Hospital

The staff here made my experience a lot easier than I expected as I was a bit nervous about my operation. They are all so friendly especially the receptionist! All of them are very through and go the extra mile to make sure youre okay. The process here is very smooth, I 10/10 recommend this hospital.

The receptionist is brilliant. After the post surgery process went belly up Jayne sorted the matter for my husband within minutes. Incredible customer service by a very caring and understanding professional. Thank you Jayne!!!

I had to have my wisdom teeth out at this hospital. I was completely terrified, but all staff here including the surgeon, anaesthetist and the nurses were absolutely fantastic in providing information, answering my questions, giving me quality care and support. Thankyou to everyone who I came into contact with for making something I was hesitant to do an overall comforting and supportive experience. Overall fantastic little hospital.

25/08/2021 I am booked for a procedure in 36 hours and the hospital has changed it policy this morning that a patient must have a covid test beforehand and rang me this afternoon to advise of this. I have tried to get tested this afternoon but the testing clinic in town is closes at 2 pm, the local hospital say they can not get test results back in under four to five days. I have been waiting for this procedure for months and having lots of test to try and find what my back pain is about. Finally moving forward. There is no Covid in my small country town. Have some compassion and let this weeks booked procedures go ahead. The hospital should have it's owe rapid testing, there are tests on the market that take 15 minutes. You are the people in the medical industry. Terrible service.
