        Obviously the Greek man from the pawn shop didn't have a good recipe. Whilst this taramosalata dip is definitely light and fluffy, it is overpowered by onions, a lack of tarama and not enough lemon. Chris's dips makes the best of this dip ever. The result: if you like this dip, only buy Greek origin made. Schofield is not Greek to me. Sorry. So now I've tried their hummus. Same story. Lacks olive oil, lemon and salt. It's like whipped chic peas. Again made my Australians for bland taste. Not made the authentic way. Obela is better for hummus.

        I bought the parsley jalapeno and garlic dip at Costco as I was looking for liw carbs. I didnt expect the fabulous xing flavour. Not just a dip - it will be a fabulous base for pasta sauce .
