        We engaged central west to install wall to wall wool carpeting within 2 weeks the carpet was frayed in areas, we have been requesting they repair their work for a few months- nothing has been done.

        Recommend this company very highly for their customer service honesty and good business practises.We experienced problems with the floor product laid by Central West, nil problems in having the whole house taken up and replaced , nil arguments just a positive helpful attitude by all of the staff associated with the problem.Congratulations Central West a great job with a well finished end product at Neville NSW.Well Done All.
