WOW the 24 H emergency care was a god sent for me id seen Jake Hanson on the Sunday afternoon which the nabour told me about. Jake was so friendly professional caring as i had scratched my eye couldn't see out of it . He put me onto an ointment that i was able to get over the counter at the chemist that relived the watering and stinging and to help heal the scratches I' now keep going back to Hanson's as i never been to any optimist that has the level of expertise service knowledge and care that they have. Totally recommend them as they also bulk bill even out of business hours what a bonus. Well worth the visit every one is friendly helpful and pride themselves in customer service. Totally recommend them A+A+A+A+

I have been to others but after using Hansens I will never go anywhere else in the future. So helpful and I am so happy with the solution that Nick Hansen came up with for me and the glasses I needed for private and business life. Staff are fantastic.
