I booked this property having read the overwhelmingly positive reviews, however my experience was seemingly very different. I booked the studio room which was advertised as "very private", as the owner again clarified multiple times, both on the phone and upon arrival. We were told that we had the entire downstairs area to ourselves. However, several times the owner just walked straight in, and started talking to us. One particular instance my mum was in the bathroom brushing her teeth!!! A very uncomfortable experience. The other main issue people should be aware of is THERE IS NO KEY FOR YOUR ROOM. We requested a key and were given one for the front door, but there was absolutely no way to lock our own room. The safety of our possessions was purely based on the goodwill of the owner and other guests.

Pete and Sally are amazing hosts. They made us feel welcome from the first moment they met us and we felt at home right away. Accommodation was first class, comfortable beds, top quality linen and towels, facilities were clean and well maintained. Couldn't have found a better place to spend our time in Orange!

Absolutely spot on it terms of service. Peter and sally were beyond accommodating. The only sad part is, we didn't stay long enough.
