Western Battery Co

My car had a flat battery, went to Western Battery to get a new one. They asked for my rego number so they could sell me the correct battery. Got home to change they battery, they sold me the wrong one. I live 20kms out of town and by this time it was 4.55pm, called the store to let them know they had sold the wrong battery to me. They did not offer an apology or an alternative other than "You will have to bring it in and swap it for the right one" Had to get another battery from Supercheap as they were still open. Returned the original battery to Western Battery, customer service was somewhat lacking in that they said I could exchange the battery not get a refund.. Explained I had to purchase another battery in the mean time as I needed my car to get to town for work. There was zero apologies from staff member or the manager in regards to selling me the incorrect battery in the first place or for any inconvenience it may have caused. Extremely disappointed with this store. No care factor for customers and seriously the fact that they sell batteries all day everyday they should get it right the first time! I would give zero stars if I could.
