I never leave reviews, but would like to today, to show my appreciation for the work the pharmacist ("James?") did this morning for me. I have been sick for a few years with a neurological condition that affected my personality for a while, leaving me paranoid, often hallucinating, and just a whole different person. Likely very difficult to deal with! I'm sure I've dealt with him during that time. Yet today, despite that (and not knowing my background) he still could not have been friendlier, and fixed another pharmacist's mistake. Most would have sent me back to the original pharmacy, and I would have been late for work. I've worked as a pharmacist myself, and what he did was not an easy task. Thank you.

Truly a problem when the owner who gets both state and federal funds to run an opiate treatment program believes she can overrule a doctor with thirty years experience and breach patient privacy. She has forgotten what the Duty of care means. Should she think her income stream might be threatened she acts badly. All that matters is the money to be made.

Compassion,empathy and understanding these are the things that this pharmacist lacks I would give this chemist a big miss
