        From the moment I walked in, I was greeted sincerely and warmly by the sales lady. I was able to see the Optometrist (Diana) immediately who displays a relaxed and non-hurried approach to clients. Highly professional, Diana was adept at using all the instruments and machines to reach a prescription without causing me any discomfort. Her advice and suggestions for overall eye health were both excellent and appreciated. Buying a suitable pair of glasses was a cinch with the assistance of the Indian Store Manager. His manner is so down to earth and you feel like a real person instead of a commodity. His genuine sincerity is infectious and his product knowledge amazing. In summary, service, cost, product quality & the overall experience was THE BEST I have ever encountered in retail! You have my custom for life! Thank you.

        The two women that work there are very rude and abrupt after the way we were treated screaming at yelling at us on the phone we now go to Specsavers much better experience all very friendly and so helpful
