Stellar gym with great lifting facilities. The owners are very helpful and always good for a chat.

From the first time you walk into Stronger youre greeted and welcomed by your name. Youre included as part of a family and treated as an equal, this place isnt just a Gym. Emma and Josh are great coaches with awesome programming, fun classes and theyre even better people. People who genuinely care about growing you in your fitness, strength and as a person. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Have had the best experience since starting at Stronger in January. From the initial PT sessions through to joining the classes, I have felt welcomed and my confidence has increased each class. Fantastic trainers, Josh and Emma are fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and are able to modify the workouts for all levels of fitness and ability, an important aspect for me as an older member. The facilities and equipment are excellent. I always look forward to the workouts.

I am very impressed with Stronger gym. The equipment is varied and easy to use and Josh and Emma are very friendly and approachable. A well run family business that I would recommend to anyone to try out and support a great local business

More than just a gym! Josh and Emma are incredible coaches with a wealth of knowledge. Their expertise and dedication to Stronger is out of this world. Best facility in the Shoalhaven by far! Great, welcoming gym community.
