From the beginning to the end of our experience, Elspeth, Bec and the team were extremely accommodating. Not been through a legal process before, I had a lot of questions. Putting your trust in someone at one of lifes most challenging times can be difficult. I so appreciated the support I received from Elspeth and her legal team. Not only were all my concerns and highest priorities addressed, the way everyone concerned was communicated with reflected the respect, sensitivity and timeliness that was needed to move forward in a calm and outcome-focussed manner.
