He was very quick to get us in and take his fees. 8 months later we still do not have a diagnosis letter. Not o lay that they want to bill Medicare for a zoom appointment to do whats already should have been done. Failures all round here

Very disappointed with my experience here. I took my daughter for assessment for adhd and autism. I was informed and understood at her first appointment that she would require a second appointment to make the diagnosis. Upon returning (2hr drive from home) for her second appointment, they told me the same dr was unavailable and put her with a different dr who had not met her before. The second dr was as helpful as they could be however this did not solve the issue. I have since requested a copy of her report for use in childrens court. This request was ignored for 3 weeks, and then once raised again with the clinic we were told it was with the dr and would not be available in time for court and this would need to be subpoenaed. Very very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Dr de Souza is a highly trained paediatrician with decades of knowledge and experience. As a doctor myself I have the utmost trust and respect for him and feel blessed to have him looking after my precious children.
