        Dr McCrossin is a fantastic dermatologist that really knows his stuff. After years of suffering a skin condition that i could not get a diagnosis on he went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that i got a diagnosis. Since then i have nothing but praise for the professional that Dr McCrossin is. I also have nothing but praise for Dr McCrossin's friendly staff, Jane and Jan who always make me feel welcome on my visits with him.

        My day got off to a great start when trying to make an appt. The receptionist I tried to have a polite interaction with was so rude and, dismissive, made me feel unworthy for requesting an appointment. This business has never been easy to deal with and I think they need reminding that they are dealing with humans that have real feelings unlike what they portray. Im sure Im not the only one that felt put down. This unfriendly attitude should not be tolerated ,why do we have to put up with it. Think I prefer to put up with skin cancer not this cold attitude from a heartless receptionist.
