Purchased a Billi tap for holiday unit in Surfers. It has given me no end of trouble in spite of attempts by Billi to repair. Furthermore to get hold of a senior manager in customer service to try and address is impossible so buy ZIP as it is a much better product with much better after sales service.

Way to go Billi. Take customers card details and then bill them any amount you like without informing them prior and obtaining consent to proceed. Then take 4 days to return a call after multiple messages and intentionally try to aggregate an already upset customer (thanks Helen). Dont blame customers for failings in your process.

We have had an alpine sparkling/chilled Billi at home for about 8 months. The unit itself does a good job, but it has recently developed a constant buzzing/humming sound that is really irritating. I booked a service call (37127) and they sent out a third party contractor, but he said nothing could be done.
