This lady as a human is an actual POS person! Extremely rude, sneaky negative behaviour, totally up herself! Cow! As a Dr lacking In professional skill as it would seem post procedures had!

'I am quite surprised by some of these reviews as I have always found the staff at this practice to be delightful. And having had many cosmetic and medical procedures over a 15 year period, I have always found Dr Phillipson to be delightful., also. Furthermore, what I really like about the practice (and Dr Phillipson in particular) is if I have ever had an issue with botox, they have gladly given e a top up, on those rare occasions when I have needed a bit more in stubborn areas. I n contrast, I tried another salon once and the worst thing was that they didn't use enough botox and then when I went back they wanted to charge me a further $300 for something that should have been done properly during my first treatment. Always very happy with Dr Phillipson's treatment and follow up services.

I am surprised at the bad reviews - imagine what the day in the life of a doctor is like and their reception staff with people like those who have commented, abusing them. Im particular and for over 20yrs Sharron has conducted a variety of procedures including delicately and perfectly stitching both ear lobes and stitches on my face . She has always given sound advice to my son and I, thorough diagnosis and specialist referrals and she is lovely. They are DOCTORS and cant always sugar coat your interactions. As you speak they are often intently listening to your synopsis to work out a course of action in 15 minutes to get through a waiting room of people many of which dont even need a Doctor . Perhaps if people werent becoming so litigious they could relax a little !
