From our very first encounter I found Nick to be extremely professional, friendly, communicative and overall just a great guy whom I felt very confident & comfortable doing business with. At the time we met I was in the market for a commercial property with very specific requirements in relation to overall size, minimum ceiling height, natural light, dedicated parking etc. I also had a very small acceptable location radius which increased the already stringent requirements. Like many of us Im a busy person who didnt want to waste time being shown properties that were unsuitable. Nick was very empathetic in this regard and only suggested property viewings that were totally relevant to my requirements. Before long Nick came up with the perfect property and set the wheels in motion for purchase. Throughout our interactions I also found Nick very knowledgeable. He managed to answer any questions I had without hesitation - from local council rules to the materials used in the construction of a particular building. Just as our office sale launch occurred, the Reserve Bank steadily increased the interest rates. This impacted many of the interested parties. However, during the long campaign to sell our office (6 months), Nick was always positive and enthusiastic. His team always kept us appraised of the situation and was always courteous to our office staff. I would highly recommend Nick and his team for the sale of any commercial property.
