I have been with this agency for almost 4 years for my rental apartment, and the experience is very pleasant. Helen takes rental business seriously. She will help you to find the most suitable long term tenant, and she will help to facilitate any the issues between owner & tenant, trying to make both parties happy. The result is that my tenant lived there happily for over 3 years until they bought their own place, without any troubles to me, Helen will give good advice when tenant raises an issue. Helen conducts the property condition inspection carefully and professionally, take photos on every places and make sure they still looks good when the tenant leave, or give a reasonable repair cost, shared base on responsibility. Strongly recommend this agency to handle your rental properties.

My experience with Helen was very positive and highly recommend it. I wasn't expecting to get a property in the holiday season but Helen was working through the holidays and she was so prompt in her response that resulted in getting the unit so quickly. Helen communicated to me clearly upfront about the holding deposit, once I decided to go ahead it was time to put in the deposit in the best interest of me, the owner and her agency to do the next steps.

Our family has been with Stao Property from 2019 to present under the management of Helelen He. Our experience with her has been pleasant. Her responses to maintenance request have been prompt. Our financial and other rental obligations are always acted upon timely. Communication regarding the house has been very good. We sometimes end up by cracking jokes.
