        Good for a work out but advertised as Muay Thai. Definitely not Muay Thai, little to no technique shown, small room with no Aircon : )

        I joined Bikini Bods two years ago and it has honestly been the best decision Ive ever made. The coaches are incredibly supportive, and the workouts are addictive.

        So great. Nervous at first but the trainer's are so lovely. Best fitness you can do in 45 minutes!

        Trainer was very informative but fun. She made the experience feel less like a workout- which is great for me because I find myself unmotivated/bored when conducting my own exercise plan. Overall experience was great and I look forward to continuously attending the classes.
