        Lance and the team at Institchu North Sydney are absolutely exceptional to deal with. When I wandered in to the store at the end of last year, I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I just knew I wanted a high quality tailored suit. Lance and his team were super welcoming from the moment I stepped foot in the store and helped me decide on exactly what I wanted without being pushy or overly suggestive. When I initially came to pick up the suit, there was an issue with the sizing due to an input error in their tailoring system. Lance owned this straight away and kicked into problem solving mode to ensure I was able to still get the perfect fitting suit. Things don't always go to plan, so I respected how Lance handled it. I would recommend Lance and his team to anyone looking for a warm, friendly and professional tailoring experience. Thanks again for your help! Services: Shirt tailoring, Suit tailoring
