        If Marchese Partners are involved in any way on the construction of an off-the-plan apartment development, I suggest you avoid it like the plague. Marchese Partners were engaged our on development in Roseville to "deliver the vision" of the original BVN architects design. They proceeded to value engineering any joy out of it. Rather than the high end BVN design, the development now has open air corridors directly facing a noisy railway line with partial coverings of perspex 'glass' affixed with double sided sticky tape. The acoustic front door seals were downgraded. And I now have a master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a railway line with single glazing rather than the premium double glazing I expected.
