James is probably the best insurance broker you can find. We got affected badly with the floods which affected our business, he went above and beyond expectations to get our claim through, without him Im not sure how our claim would have resulted. Definitely recommending him!

In the space of less than 24 hours, James Smeallie, provided a solution to a strata insurance issue that had a pressured pending settlement - I called James at 5:55 pm in need of help and I was immediately assured by his kindness and confidence. Over the past 2 years we have switched most of our insurance policies to Sentinel Risk. James Smeallie is excellent to deal with - he gives good advice, has access to a range of insurers so can offer the policy best suited to budget and needs, and is very trustworthy. I'm sure he would go into bat for us if we ever had to claim, and certainly does all the leg work in finding the best policies for us - he's even visited our business premises to fully understand exactly what we need. He is absolutely recommended.
