Chu is the best insurer for strata. For the fifth year in a row they have kept the same price and even offered me a quote to reduce my premium and excess (they were honest about what insurance cover I would require and did not try to oversell me cover I didnt need unlike many other companies do). Every other insurance company has increased their prices significantly and are actually less cover! I wish chu did other types of insurance for example car, health, travel, life as I would instantly move all my insurance across to them!!!!!

We have an insurance policy for Landlords insurance for a strata unit and we were checking whether the contents amount was relevant for the next 12 months. Called the company and received immediate expert advice from the company. Was given a revised quote to determine whether we would make any change and were happy with the outcome. Thank you CHU.

Very easy to manouever quoting system. We googled to find appropriate properties for the rental unit we are purchasing, and CHU up with the best features & value for money. Have now turned the quote into a policy with a start date for when settlement goes through.
