        Had public liability and contents business insurance through IAS since 2018. Our business flooded one weekend in mid 2022. Teresa called back after hours to inform us of the process. The assessment and claims process with the insurer we are insured with via IAS was very efficient. Easy to deal with.

      Thank you Sarah!! Claims do not understand after hours and weekends so Teresa is always really amazing at getting back to you as soon as possible to ensure a positive outcome. A flood is just an absolute nightmare to clean up so having support is a must... we are so pleased to be able to help!
