        I cannot believe how bad the communication between retailers and staff at Locctainne is. My husband and three grown sons spend a fortune each birthday, mothers day, and mass on me. I am fortunate. But my husband bought me a gift voucher for my last birthday in June. The assistant didn't put the amount on the card, and even though I have the credit info, they still have to wait for head office to verify. I have rung, emailed, rung spoken to people at head office with the guarantee of a return call that was six weeks ago. :(

        My husband bought me a box set intended for dry skin whereas I have oily skin. I opened and tested the lip balm from the box before noticing the box was for dry skin. I tried to exchange the box set, offering to pay them back full price for the lip balm I'd tested (and was therefore keeping) so they could add a new one to the box I was returning, and was told they absolutely couldn't do it. So disappointed q

        Products are OK. but customer service reps are none apologetic for their mistake and rude. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years but not anymore.
