I hadn't heard of EFFISION before I came across their job advert for a HR Manager, and I had no idea what they do, but I decides to apply because I liked the sound of who they are. The application process was simple and straightforward, and every point of contact from there on convinced me that I'd made the right decision. Nothing fancy, no promises that couldn't be fulfilled - just engaged, honest and open. A few months on, and I'm certain I made the right decision because at EFFISION I'm finally part of a supportive, understanding and warm team of individuals. An entire team who values, trusts and encourages each individual member; and has fun while doing it. I can honestly say, I see EFFISION's values of integrity, respect, accountability, creativity and fun lived and breathed on a daily basis. I'm the sort of person who thrives in a small-medium sized organisation where I can be who I am - it's something I've always known. But now I know EFFISION is where I belong, along with my bright yellow rainboots :)

This is a very small company 1. On call discussion by HR 2. Face to face interview 3. Offer The interview was kind of difficult. The second interviewer was good was very clear on what he wanted. It was an immediate requirement and he was sure that he is moving ahead with my profile in 2 days time. However, the process went on for more than a week and by the time they came back, I had another offer from a large organisation. On top of that, they offered meagre salary. The HR was furious when I declined the offer politely. There were 2 interviewers. The first interviewer was describing how they conduct day-to-day business and kept asking how it was for me in my team. So, it is more like an interactive discussion. They discuss your resume, as well. But primarily, it is on how they do the job and questions based on how you do it. Expect granular questions on how you do the work.
