        Never buy from Sony Australia! I purchased a Bravia OLED TV and tried to cancel the order before it was even delivered. They refused outright. The customer service team are so unhelpful it borders on pointless. I have never left a bad review on eBay then I've been using it for over 15 years. This experience has been shocking.

        Have been loyal to the Sony brand for 30 years. Bought an 85 Bravia TV which stopped working after 18 months. Got no support from the retailer and even less from Sony. Despite this seemingly being a fairly common problem (based on forums on the internet), I have been ignored. I no longer believe Sony to be the quality brand it once was and the customer service after care is a disgrace. Shame on Sony. Lesson learned.

        Sony customer service will just bully you, they will not agree to replace, and will not send you shipping label to get it repaired, and then after sending in for repair, they will not reply when you will get it back. They will just keep harassing you. They will save their own costs but loose customers.

        Loved Sony service for my 4k camera very professional and polite..very easy to talk to great customer service and good will.. I was very impressed indeed

        Bought Sony XAV-AX1000 car head unit. Stopped working after half an hour took back to retailer who replaced it and same happened again. Rang Sony tech help on hold for 2hours and call back facility doesn't work. Hopeless never buying Sony again
