ZERO star for me. We are first home buyer with home and land packege. Very disappointed again and again. Jobs so slow they don't have workers. Hard to contact them. Never rely mail or phone. They will contact you only need extra money. Very stressful and frustrating indeed. We move in the house and find out they didn't do the plumbing properly now we don't have hot water and no gas to use. Same they'll never pick up your phone.

They are threatening clients saying they would stop the construction job unless we pay immediately even before reaching to the payment deadline. They dont care whether clients are directly connected with the bank or not (My loan broker is helping with this). Austwood just keeps pushing until they get paid. I dont feel its right process to push clients harshly who dont have control over banks payment process.

I trusted they are fast replay and reasonable price. Great building company & built my home from nothing up to frame work completed only took less than a 2month. Really happy with Austwood. Thank you.
