I had pulled my lower disc in April, which caused sciatic nerve pain. This has been a recurring injury and I've been attending Rehab Health and Fitness for several years. This instance the injury was severe and it has been a challenging 7 months of recovery, at times my situation seemed dire. My physio Jason Tran persevered with my recovery and gave me the all clear, I am now equipped the knowledge and exercises to prevent this injury from happening again. Really thankful to Jason and the staff at Rehab Health and Fitness Australia! :)
