        One of the female staffs is not nice, she was not patient when I walked in the store and asked her some questions, but others are pretty good. Oscar is responsible and helpful

        The staff were AMAZING! The staff gave very easy to follow instructions and made us feel safe out in the water. Everyone was able to work with an instructor in the water which made you feel comfortable. We started riding the waves on our stomach and then transitioned to standing when the instructors felt we were ready. I would totally do this again.
