I know the foodary is known for their terrible coffee but somehow im still disappointment, go to the coffee shop right above them.

Even repeating my coffee order twice, the staff missed my order. instead of giving me the wrong one which she made, she took the coffee back and asked me to wait for another one. As a result I missed my train, paid a coffee and didn't drink anything.

Sandwhiches are above average but also expensive. The coffee is tasteless and awful! Service seems to vary, i got served by a nice lady today but other times, they couldn't care less but does service matter that much when the coffees so bad anyways? Coffee is normally pretty fast tho, but that might be the problem.

Disappointing service ever I've received few weeks earlier I visited the place one lady wearing black top she served me by sitting. I thought she has a problem but later on when I went there, this week I found her standing but her behavior towards customers is not good. Her expression looks she is the owner and doesn't care about anybody. She can't even thank to the customer. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable from a brand of caltex.
