Very efficient service. Staff are professional and friendly. There were only two cars in line ahead of me when I arrived at 8:30am on a Saturday morning. The test wasnt as bad as I was expecting and it was over quickly. I received the results 12 hours after the test. Other testing facilities return test results within 2 hours.

The test site was OK, but was told by their pathology lab it will 6 days to get results! Seriously! I am scheduled for hospital admission and must have a negative test WITHIN 72 hours! It will never happen with a 6 day wait for results. I rang the lab requesting assistance, the lab was NOT INTERESTED in helping! This comes onto of their two major stuff ups in release of wrong results. Absolutely a waste of space.

Go at 10am. I went at 8am before it opened and waited in the huge lines for literally 2hrs it was fine but when i drove past again at 1015am after exiting there were no lines at all! so dont do what i did!

Went there for occasional tests. On a low key - medium busy day you will still get the result within 24 hrs or quicker. About a week ago I waited in a line about 1hr and got a result in 48 hrs. All negative results as they contact the positives quicker (within 24 hrs usually regardless of business) So if you would just like to know you can be pretty sure after 24hrs that you don't have it unles contacted and told otherwise. However if you need a written confirmation it can just take a while. Either way I love the guys there. Hard working friendly people. Cheers.
