I initially went to Anya for sex therapy but it has become so much more. Anya is modern, warm, welcoming. I found others to be clinical whereas she is so friendly and kind. She makes you feel so safe and calm. Highly intelligent and more helpful than I can put into words. Thank you Anya!

Anya is fantastic. She is so talented, and authentically interested in you, your history and she works so hard to see you grow. She's so easy to talk to, and with her broad experience she already knows so much about you just after hearing a few stories. You might see therapy to fix a particular problem or concern, but you will walk away with so much more. It is a truly enriching experience that will let you explore yourself and learn about why you are the way you are. She gets my highest recommendations.

I cannot imagine a more pleasant and effective therapist than Anya. Every time my partner and I meet with her, all the heaviness around our relationship challenges lifts immediately. Anya is completely non-judgmental and creates such a safe space for us to understand each other while we both feel completely seen, heard and validated exactly where we are. She gives practical tips for how to strengthen our relationship and communication so that things actually improve. She has so much knowledge about relationships while keeping everything to the point and light with her sense of humour. Before seeing Anya there were many times where we felt our relationship was in such a bad place that it may be unsalvageable. Seeing Anya together has been the best investment in our relationship and gives us so much confidence in our future. Every time we leave we have so much renewed energy between us as a couple!
