Dr Jacobs Susan

Excellent OB focused on holistic care and advocated the Calm Birth program. She was my OB for two births and is professional and respectful with a lovely caring manner. To me what was most important was finding a doctor I felt really comfortable with and she was definitely that. She was also pretty amazing to manually turn my second baby around when I was in labour so I could birth him easier. Very highly recommended!

Sue is a fantastic OB, delivering all three of our baby girls in the early hours of the morning. As soon as she comes into the delivery room it is just the biggest relief ever and all panic leaves. I just can't believe that 1 star review is very accurate at all. I would never use another OB, that's how good Sue is.

I had my second baby with Dr Sue. I found her very warm, supportive and understanding. She was very invested in my pregnancy and respectful of my birth choices (drug free, water birth). Lovely woman and excellent OB.

I had Sue as my OB with my first born and she was a nice person (hence the 1 star) however didnt really listen to all of my needs during my pregnancy and prior to the birth. She didnt even make it to the birth as she was having dinner in the city at the time although she knew Id been in labor for the past 15 hours. She never cared to follow up after the birth either. Also expect to be waiting up to 2 hours for your appointment with her unless youre first in line.

Sue Jacobs was by far the best choice for my husband and I, when we fell pregnant last year. It was our first pregnancy. Sues attention to detail, care, knowledge and professionalism is everything plus more we could have hoped for. Sue held my hand and made me feel so safe and truly listened to me each step of the way. I was an anxious pregnant woman and having suffered from anxiety in the past Sue really kept me grounded and I felt so safe with her and trusted her every word and choice. She truly listened to every thing I said and answered every question (even the outrageous ones) with no judgement and so much care. I couldnt recommend Sue more. Her care didnt stop after I gave birth. She checked in on me and even today, 11months on I feel like if I have any concerns or questions related to future pregnancies or gyno inquiries she is still there. My husband and I absolutely adore her and are so grateful for the love and care she showed us throughout. Highly recommend xx
