        Long long time waiting! And the reception didnt provide any customer service at all! Let me came on time but I still waiting for more than 1 hours... staff didnt apologize at all, however the reception was complaining patient about that dr Ross is do me a favor I should wait...please provide better customer service! If not please find someone else to be qualified on reception.
