The ReWILD retreat was exactly what I needed without actually knowing what I needed. Like everyone, life is busy and hectic and focusing on my own needs and 'filling my own cup' is always at the bottom of my list. This weekend really helped me to peel away the layers of all the roles I have in life to focus on who I truely am as a person. Something I haven't considered in years. The small group meant that there was enough social interaction to really bring out the best in the various practices without becoming impersonal. I went without knowing anyone else there, something completely out of the norm for me, and I think it really helped me to put my guard down even more to truely engage in the activities. Sarah facilitated the ultimate reset' and gave tools that I will continue to use daily in my life back in the real world. The food was nourishing and beyond delicious. The venue was magical, not only was the accomodation incredibly comfortable but the surrounding nature with bird song and waterfall, perfect. I'm so glad I listened to my gut and booked myself on this retreat.
