Came in this morning for an upgraded phone + plan. Salesperson Bailey was very helpful and full of personality. Bailey made my experience at Telstra Marketown full of ease and reassurance. Great bloke, can't fault him. 5 Stars

Worst customer service. My husband had an appointment at 4pm. The email told us to get there 5 minutes early. We got there at 3.55pm. After a few minutes we were greeted by a male employee. We told him we had an appointment at 4pm. He said take a seat we will be with you soon. We waited over 20 minutes and nobody even showed an interest in helping us. The male employee who greeted us just sat at the counter doing nothing. While 2 other employees sat with 2 other customers. One of the female employees looked like she had no customer service at all. I watched her with her customer for the 20 minutes we sat there. She had no personality and just looked like she hated her job. After 30 minutes my husband went to the counter and told the male employee who had greeted us. That we werent waiting any longer. We had better things to do. He basically said ok and asked if we wanted to make another appointment. My husband said no and we walked out. We just wanted to upgrade my husbands mobile phone service. As we dont like shopping for new phones online. We have our house phone, home internet, my husbands mobile phone and tablet all with telstra. We were shocked to be treated like this. Since telstra is a massive corporation. Why bother making appointments if you cant see your customers.

Asked me to leave basically when asking for help with my sim activation. Only interested in taking people into expensive stuff it appears.
