In the name of god do NOT trust this consortium of crown appointee government crooks with your final will nor the executorship of your estate. If you do your loved ones / beneficiaries of it will be lucky to see a single cent of your estate in 5 to 20 yrs. If you make this very costly mistake your estate will be rinsed clean over the years with huge monthly fees / trustee & guardian disbursement fees, and annual fees. Far wiser and cheaper to employ the services of an established family firm of lawyers who specifically deal with the executorship of estates, who charge an upfront fee when you make your will. As a government agency Trustee & Guardian regard the proceeds of your estate as ," theirs," to hold to ransom indefinitely, then cold heartedly pick away at your will money pot till their is nothing left for your beneficiaries. We would also advise anyone already under the jurisdiction of either Trustee & Guardian or Public Guardian Australia, to be very wary of any requests from either organisation to agree to be filmed or recorded online via ," Skype," or even via a telephone call. If you make that gross error Trustee & Guardian will then pay their army of ," selected," psychiatrists & quack doctors to view your image with the full intention of having you or your will beneficiaries diagnosed as not having the mental or physical capabilities required to responsibly manage large sums of monies derived via a will, or received from an insurance company due to an industrial injury, or car accident or similar. In any and every scenario you simply cannot trust Public Guardian, nor Trustee & Guardian, this is because they only exist to extort money from the most gullible and vulnerable in Australian society, and beyond. Please, please, heed this warning.

The staff are rule and not helpful Newcastle office. This is a Government department should be helpfull not just look at ways of saying NO.
