I give it a five star for great location helpful staff the rooms are clean and just beautiful with a lovely view. Robert couldnt be more helpful . When you arrive look for the Huxley apartments you are there yes you book through Astra apartments this is the strata and Mr Huxley had this lovely place constructed a little confusing , but again Robert explained this to me.Thank you Robert for all assistance .

Good service with all utilities was provided in the room including, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, tie sets of towels and other personal care products as well. It was a clean and tidy room. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern utensils and cutlery, an induction cooktop, and a dishwasher. The laundry facility was also included in the room, which was convenient. The view was priceless from the balcony. I even enjoyed those trams which were shuttling to the NTL beach. Moreover, there was covered parking provided (for some extra, still worth it). In short, ASTRA was awesome.

Former worker: underpaid and mistreated by the owners these people hire workers and cause emotional and psychological damage to staff by playing mind games and manipulating staff members against each other on top of that back handed statements and embarrassing staff in front of customers and weird inappropriate personal questions and statements that arent suited for a work environment is a daily basis making this place a toxic work environment which spills into the experience of staying The female owner is a Jekyll and mr Hyde situation she is rude with poor hygiene having stains on her clothes constantly and taking any complaints made by customers as personal attacks which she then takes out on staff customers and booking agents by not believing issues regarding room maintenance payments and cleanliness which is unacceptable and unprofessional When I originally heard about this job I was genuinely excited thinking this is a great opportunity do not believe it there is a reason why staff do not stay at astra apartments for long

Excellent accomodation. The apartment was super clean and had everything you would require. The view was amazing and I loved waking up watching the sunrise over the harbour. The staff were extremely helpful. Geordie went above and beyond to ensure I found my carpark and also took me to my room so I knew exactly where to go. Will definitely be back again

-> Difficulties with booking and check in, loud tram outside, parking extra but pretty and convenient. Liked The size of the one bedroom apartment was perfect, however its directly above a tram line which operates every 15ish minutes. The kitchen was great equipped, washing machine and dryer in the unit working well. Disliked Booking available for 25th of December however the director called to tell us, that we cant check in on this day. They advised that we should cancel our non-refundable booking from our side. Obviously not an option which he finally accepted. We had to add an extra night which threw our plans up - at least we got the director to agree to charge us only half a night. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the apartment to hand us the keys for check in. Only one key between us. No hair dryer and shampoo rack available. No fan to circulate the ac air. Ac remote not working properly. Dishwasher making loud noises. The slim Sofa is very pretty but rather unpractical and uncomfortable to chill and curl up watching TV. Bed super soft, which I personally dont like. Parking quite expensive $20 a night. Not 5 star as they want to be - not going on top and beyond.
